Job Description

  1. Manage daily accounting transactions, including receipts, payments, and journal entries.
  2. Handle resident maintenance billing, collections, and follow-up on outstanding dues.
  3. Prepare bank reconciliations and maintain cash and bank records.
  4. Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
  5. Maintain statutory records and support audit requirements.
  6. Generate monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
  7. Coordinate with residents, vendors, and the facility management team on account-related matters.
  8. Maintain accurate records in accounting software, Mygate, and Adda platforms.
  9. Assist in budgeting and expense tracking.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
  11. Tracking non members incomes - Rental, Move in & Out, Interior Deposits.
