Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPerform daily verification and accounting of:
  • Purchases
  • Expenses
  • Petty cash
  • Sales
  • Payments (vendor payments, expenses payouts, etc.)
  • Record and maintain payment and receipt entries on a daily basis
  • Process and track outgoing payments, ensuring proper approvals and documentation
  • Handle banking activities, including:
  • Cash deposits
  • Cheque deposits
  • NEFT / RTGS transactions
  • Conduct various reconciliations, including:
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Cash reconciliation
  • Debtors & creditors reconciliation
  • Vendor and intercompany reconciliation
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of invoices and financial records
  • Support E-invoicing processes and compliance
  • Coordinate with internal teams for:
  • Document collection
  • Invoice verification
  • Reconciliation requirements
  • Assist the Accounts Manager in routine and ad hoc tasks
  • Prepare ad hoc reports as required
