Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Accounts Executive to manage basic accounting,. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Tally, well-versed with GST compliance, and capable of handling tasks like balance sheet preparation, quotation generation, and data maintenance.


  • Key Responsibilities: Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally / Tally Prime
  • Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, and purchase orders
  • Handle GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and maintain compliance records
  • Assist in preparing Balance Sheets, P&L statements, and financial summaries
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Maintain organized data entry and proper documentation of bills, vouchers, and ledgers
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and auditors when required
