Job Description

  • Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day accounting transactions.
  • Maintain purchase, sales, and payment entries in Tally ERP.
  • Prepare invoices, vouchers, and payment receipts.
  • Reconcile bank statements and customer/vendor accounts.
  • Assist in GST and TDS calculations and return preparation.
  • Maintain petty cash and expense records.
  • Process vendor payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.
  • Prepare MIS reports and financial statements.
  • Coordinate with auditors and ensure statutory compliance.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
  • Required SkillsGood knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel
  • Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
