Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for accounting, taxation compliance, statutory filings, and supporting clients in maintaining accurate financial records. The role offers exposure to various industries and opportunities to work closely with Chartered Accountants on diverse assignments.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & BookkeepingMaintain books of accounts in accounting software such as Tally
- Record and reconcile bank transactions, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Conduct ledger scrutiny and account reconciliations.
- GST Compliance Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Returns, etc.).
- Reconcile GST data with books of accounts and GST portal records.
- Assist clients in GST registrations, amendments, and compliance matters.
- Assist in preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns for individuals, firms, LLPs, and companies.
- Prepare TDS returns and ensure timely compliance.
Preference shall be given to person currently working with a CA firm.
