Position Summary
Kreedo is seeking an experienced and results-driven Training Manager to lead training and development initiatives for the Inside Delivery team. The role involves designing comprehensive training programs, managing training delivery, and driving performance improvement initiatives. This position requires strong leadership, a solid understanding of training methodologies, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in a dynamic delivery environment.
Key Result Areas (KRAs) & KPIs

Project Completion: Timely completion of training projects; adherence to project timelines and working hours
Learning & Development: Number of training programs conducted per quarter; certifications completed per year
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of training programs for inside delivery staff, including new-hire onboarding, skill development, and refresher training
Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions using classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training methods
Monitor and evaluate staff performance through metrics, assessments, and observations
Identify opportunities to improve training effectiveness, streamline processes, and enhance overall performance
Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Quality teams to ensure alignment with business goals
Manage training logistics including schedules, resources, materials, and participant coordination
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s preferred)
4–6 years of experience in Training & Development
Experience working with inside delivery, operations, or service teams preferred
Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and communication skills
Expertise in training design and facilitation
Performance coaching and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
