Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain complete accounting records in TallyPrime / Tally ERP
  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations and bookkeeping
  • Manage GST filings, TDS filings, and other statutory compliances
  • Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks, and government departments
  • Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial summaries
  • Monitor receivables, payables, and outstanding collections
  • Plan and manage company cash flows and payment schedules
  • Handle vendor payments and purchase accounting
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
  • Maintain inventory/accounting coordination with plant operations
  • Ensure timely billing, invoicing, and documentation
  • Support management with budgeting and financial planning
  • Maintain compliance records and ensure audit readiness
  • Supervise junior accounts staff and improve process discipline
