Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Handle assigned client accounts professionally and ensure smooth account management.
Ensure timely daily deliveries and completion of assigned tasks as per schedule.
Coordinate effectively with the backend team to resolve issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and internal teams to ensure timely execution.
Monitor daily work progress and provide status updates to the reporting manager.
Ensure accurate documentation and maintain records of client interactions and deliveries.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve service and business targets.
