Job Description
Interior Design Project Manager – Roles & Responsibilities
Manage interior projects from design to handover.
Plan project timelines and execution schedules.
Coordinate with clients, designers, vendors, and contractors.
Supervise site execution and monitor daily progress.
Ensure work is completed as per approved designs and quality standards.
Manage project budgets and control costs.
Coordinate procurement and timely delivery of materials.
Resolve site issues and ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
Monitor project timelines and ensure on-time completion.
Prepare project reports and maintain project documentation.
Manage change requests and project variations.
Ensure compliance with safety and company standards.
Lead project meetings and coordinate with all stakeholders.
Conduct final inspections, snag rectification, and project handover.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
