Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Office Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including managing office supplies, mail distribution, and coordinating facility maintenance or repairs.
- Communications: Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Scheduling & Logistics: Manage calendars, organize internal/external meetings, and arrange travel logistics.
- Record Keeping: Maintain and update digital and physical filing systems, including databases, expense reports, and client records.
- Department Support: Assist cross-functional teams (such as HR, Finance, and Operations) with documentation, onboarding, or basic bookkeeping.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of office software like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Organization: Superb time-management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Discretion: Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding company and personnel information.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is typically required, while an associate’s or bachelor's degree is often preferred
