Position : Title Searcher – Analyst / Senior Analyst / Specialist

Experience: 1 to 9 Years

Job Location: Bangalore / Palakkad / Work From Home

Bangalore oƯice location: Garudacharpalya, Whitefield, Bangalore

OƯice timing: Night shift (9pm to 6am) & Rotational shift

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Title Search professionals with hands-on experience in Full Owner Search

(FOS) and Two Owner Search (2OS) processes in the US Title/Mortgage industry. The candidate should

have good understanding of property records, ownership verification, liens, and title search procedures.

Key Responsibilities

 Perform Full Owner Search (FOS) and Two Owner Search (2OS)

 Review deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, taxes, and ownership records

 Verify chain of title and identify title-related issues

 Search and examine public property records using online county websites and title tools

 Prepare accurate and timely title search reports

 Ensure productivity, quality, and turnaround time targets are met

 Follow client guidelines and compliance requirements

Required Skills

 Experience in US Title Search process

 Good knowledge of FOS / 2OS

 Familiarity with title search tools such as:

o Netronline

o Data Trace

o Data Tree

o Title Point

 Strong attention to detail and accuracy

 Ability to work independently

 Open to work in US shifts
