Architect

Somayaji Hotels is looking to hire a talented and dedicated Architect to join our growing team as the company continues to expand with upcoming hotel and resort projects in both Bangalore and Mangalore. The ideal candidate should be well versed in all major architectural and design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and related tools. The Architect will act as the key coordination point between the company and third-party architects and consultants engaged for various projects, while also working closely with the site team to ensure smooth execution and timely progress of work. The role involves attending site meetings, reviewing project coordination, and managing project-related communication and documentation. Candidates must possess strong coordination and communication skills and should be willing to travel to Mangalore as required for site meetings and project supervision. Experience in hospitality, hotel, or resort projects will be an added advantage. Somayaji Hotels specializes in the development of hotels and resorts and is currently expanding its hospitality projects across Karnataka.
