We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Team Manager to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• 🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Recruit, train, and mentor Sales Executives and Relationship Managers.
• Drive team sales performance and achieve monthly business targets.
• Monitor individual and team productivity through regular reviews.
• Coach team members on sales techniques and customer engagement.
• Conduct daily team meetings and field support.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and sales compliance.
• Prepare performance reports and share business updates with management.
• Build a positive, high-performance team culture.

• ✅ Desired Candidate
• Profile3–8 years of experience in Team Handling, Sales, or Business Development.
• Prior experience in Banking, Insurance, Hospitality, Real Estate, Telecom, Automobile, FMCG, or Holiday Membership is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
• Target-driven with excellent problem-solving abilities.
