Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to generate new business leads, engage prospective clients through calls, and support client relationship management for our facility management services. The role also involves handling day-to-day administrative and data coordination tasks, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of sales and organizational work.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Business Development
- Research and identify potential clients online — apartments/residential societies, hospitals, IT parks, corporate offices, malls, etc.
- Build and maintain a database of leads with contact details and requirements
- Make outbound cold calls to introduce company services to prospective clients
- Schedule and confirm appointments/site visits for the sales team
- Follow up regularly with leads to move them through the sales pipeline
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as a point of contact for client queries and escalations
- Coordinate with the operations team to resolve client issues promptly
- Draft and manage professional email correspondence with clients and vendors
- Assist in preparing proposals and quotations
Administration & Reporting
- Maintain and update employee records and basic HR data
- Prepare reports and MIS using MS Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Handle general documentation and office coordination tasks
- Required SkillsGood communication skills — spoken and written
- Confident phone manner; comfortable with cold calling
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email correspondence
- Basic online research skills for lead sourcing (Google, LinkedIn, JustDial, IndiaMART, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle client escalations professionally
- QualificationsGraduate in any stream (12th pass/Diploma with relevant experience also considered)
