Job Description

Key Responsibilities


1. Customer Coordination


Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and service requests

Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of materials

Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution

Maintain strong relationships to improve customer satisfaction and retention

Track order status and provide regular updates to customers


2. Supplier Coordination


Liaise with suppliers for order placement, delivery schedules, and follow-ups

Ensure timely procurement of materials as per project requirements

Maintain records of supplier performance, pricing, and contracts

Resolve supply-related issues such as delays, shortages, or quality concerns

Negotiate basic terms and support cost optimization efforts


3. HR Support


Assist in recruitment coordination (scheduling interviews, follow-ups)

Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management

Support onboarding and documentation of new employees

Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication

Assist in payroll inputs and compliance documentation


4. Administrative Functions


Oversee office operations and ensure smooth workflow

Maintain MIS reports and documentation

Coordinate with internal departments for operational support

Manage office supplies, vendor bills, and general administration
