Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily showroom sales activities
- Lead and support sales consultants to achieve targets
- Handle customer enquiries, walk-ins, and test drives
- Ensure monthly retail and booking targets are achieved
- Monitor follow-ups and conversion ratios
- Maintain customer satisfaction and relationship management
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams
- Conduct team training and motivation activities
- Prepare daily sales reports and MIS updates
- Ensure proper display and showroom standards
