Assistant Store Manager

• Key ResponsibilitiesStore OperationsAssist in managing day-to-day store operations
• Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
• Monitor beverage preparation and service quality
• Team ManagementSupervise and motivate store staff during shifts
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members
• Manage shift schedules and staff attendance
• Ensure positive team culture and discipline
• Customer ExperienceDeliver exceptional customer service
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
• Ensure customers receive fast and friendly service
• Inventory & Stock ManagementMonitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment
• Reduce wastage and maintain inventory accuracy
• Ensure proper storage of raw materials and supplies
• Sales & ReportingSupport achievement of sales targets
• Upsell promotions and seasonal menu items
• Prepare daily sales and operational reports
• Assist in cash handling and billing accuracy
• RequirementsBachelor’s degree or diploma preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in café, QSR, restaurant, or retail operations
• Previous supervisory/team handling experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
