Job Description

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager with ~2 years of experience to support the ektruck control tower platform and related IoT solutions (ADAS, DMS, telematics).

This role requires a strong blend of:

  • Customer interaction
  • Operational understanding of logistics
  • Basic technical knowledge (APIs, integrations, IoT systems)

The candidate will act as the bridge between customers, operations, and the development team, ensuring smooth product delivery and implementation.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Customer & Operations AlignmentUnderstand customer workflows (fleet operators, OEMs, transporters)
  • Gather requirements related to:
  • Fleet tracking
  • Route planning
  • Toll integration (FASTag / APIs)
  • Safety systems (ADAS/DMS)
  • Convert real-world logistics problems into product features
  • 2. Product Execution & DeliveryWork with internal tech teams to deliver features on the ektruck platform
  • Track deployments across customers (control tower, dashboards, alerts)
  • Ensure SLAs and timelines are met
  • 3. Technical CoordinationUnderstand and coordinate on:
  • APIs (FASTag, ULIP, telematics data)
  • GPS/IoT device data flows
  • Basic backend logic (ETA, alerts, triggers)
  • Translate customer needs into clear user stories and tech requirements
  • 4. Implementation & Customer OnboardingSupport onboarding of new customers onto ektruck platform
  • Assist in configuration:
  • Vehicle mapping
  • Route setup
  • Alerts & KPIs
  • Work closely with support teams to resolve issues
  • 5. Documentation & TestingCreate PRDs, workflows, and SOPs
  • Conduct UAT with customers before go-live
  • Maintain release notes and feature documentation
  • 6. Stakeholder ManagementCoordinate between:
  • Customers
  • Internal tech team
  • Sales & operations
  • Provide regular updates on feature progress and deployments
  • Required Skills & QualificationsExperience: 2+ years in Product / Business Analyst / Implementation role
  • Education: B.E / B.Tech / Computer Science / Engineering preferred
  • Technical SkillsBasic understanding of:
  • APIs & integrations
  • IoT / telematics systems
  • SaaS platforms
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira / Excel / dashboards
  • Preferred ExperienceLogistics / Fleet / Supply Chain industry exposure
  • Experience with:
  • GPS tracking systems
  • FASTag / toll integrations
  • Control tower platforms
  • Exposure to Agile methodology
