Job Description
Backend Engineer (Fixed Term Contract) role:
Position: Backend Engineer (FTC)
Experience Required: 3–5 years
Compensation: ₹15–18 LPA (FTC)
Monthly Payout: ₹1.25L to ₹1.50L
Qualification: Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science or related field preferred)
Work Location: Bangalore (In Office)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on Backend Engineer with strong implementation experience in Node.js to support product development and backend services. The role focuses on building, enhancing, and maintaining scalable backend systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs and server-side components
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver product features
- Debug, troubleshoot, and improve application performance
- Ensure code quality through reviews and best practices
- Handle database operations and backend integrations
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3–5 years of backend development experience
- Strong hands-on expertise in Node.js
- Experience with API development and backend services
- Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL preferred)
- Basic Data Structures & Algorithms knowledge
- Strong focus on implementation work
Interview Process:

- Online Assessment
- Technical Coding Round – Node.js basics + 1 easy & 1 medium DSA problem
- Managerial Round – Implementation approach, execution & stakeholder handling
