Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and energetic Barista to join our team at Raaagas Coffee House. The ideal candidate should love coffee, enjoy interacting with people, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and café items
- Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Provide friendly customer service and take orders accurately
- Handle billing and POS operations
- Ensure consistency in taste and presentation
- Support daily café operations and teamwork
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing and espresso preparation
- Milk frothing and latte art skills are a plus
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to multitask and work during busy hours
- Punctual, well-groomed, and responsible
- Positive attitude and team spirit
Preferred
- Prior café or hospitality experience preferred
- Freshers with interest in coffee culture can also apply
