Job Responsibilities:
✦ Welcome and engage customers, understand their beauty needs, and recommend suitable Kiro products.
✦ Demonstrate products, assist with shade matching, and provide quick makeup trials when required.
✦ Achieve daily and monthly sales targets while promoting key products and new launches.
✦ Maintain excellent product knowledge and educate customers about Kiro Beauty products and ingredients.
✦ Ensure the Kiro counter is clean, well-stocked, and displayed as per brand guidelines.
✦ Monitor stock levels, maintain testers, and share daily sales updates with the reporting manager.
✦ Follow all brand SOPs, store policies, and hygiene standards while handling products, testers, and customer interactions.
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass (minimum)
1–3 years' experience in beauty, cosmetics, or retail sales
Good communication skills and presentable personality
Passion for beauty and customer service
Industry- Only Beauty Industry
Age- for Shoppers Stop and Lifestyle, not above 35
Interviews- Mumbai interviews, in person, Nariman point (optional)
