Job Description

Key Responsibilities:·      

        • Prepare and send quotations to customers based on inquiries and pricing guidelines

·        • Process

sales orders in the system and coordinate with production/logistics for

fulfillment

·        • Ensure

accurate and timely billing and dispatch documentation

·        • Liaise

with the dispatch/logistics team to track deliveries and share updates with

customers

·        • Follow up

with customers for pending payments as per credit terms

·        • Maintain

and update customer records, price lists, and order status reports

·        • Coordinate

internally with sales, accounts, and warehouse teams for smooth order execution

·        • Assist the

sales team with any back-end support as required

·        • Generate

MIS reports related to orders, dispatches, and receivables
