Job Description:
We are looking for a Telecollection to join our team at Axio. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to BPO. The role offers ₹15,000 - ₹23000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
Req: Hindi and Kannada is mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
A Collections Specialist recovers overdue debts and resolves outstanding billing issues while maintaining positive customer relationships. They monitor accounts, negotiate payment plans, and update financial records to improve cash flow and minimize company losses.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th to Any Degree and min 1 years of experience. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
