🧑‍💼 Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)

📍 Location: PAN India (based on language & region)


Working Days: 6 Days a Week

🎯 Role Overview

This is a field sales role where you will represent NIAT in your assigned region. You will engage directly with schools, colleges, students, and decision-makers to drive awareness and adoption.


🛠 Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct field visits to 12th-grade schools and colleges
  • Schedule and deliver student demo sessions (online/offline)
  • Build strong relationships with school principals, management, and decision-makers (DMs)
  • Execute on-ground activities such as stalls, events, and promotional campaigns
  • Maintain outreach data and submit daily reports


✅ Eligibility & Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing (mandatory)
  • Proven experience dealing face-to-face with decision-makers (DMs)
  • Experience conducting sessions for students or stakeholders (online/offline)
  • Field sales experience is a strong plus
  • Experience working with 12th-grade schools is a definite advantage
  • Strong communication skills in native language + basic English
  • Open to extensive travel and fieldwork (travel expenses reimbursed)
  • Must own a 2-wheeler and a laptop
