🧑💼 Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)
📍 Location: PAN India (based on language & region)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
💰 Compensation & Benefits
- CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA (Fixed Pay + Performance-Based Incentives + Travel Allowance)

🎯 Role Overview
This is a field sales role where you will represent NIAT in your assigned region. You will engage directly with schools, colleges, students, and decision-makers to drive awareness and adoption.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to 12th-grade schools and colleges
- Schedule and deliver student demo sessions (online/offline)
- Build strong relationships with school principals, management, and decision-makers (DMs)
- Execute on-ground activities such as stalls, events, and promotional campaigns
- Maintain outreach data and submit daily reports
✅ Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing (mandatory)
- Proven experience dealing face-to-face with decision-makers (DMs)
- Experience conducting sessions for students or stakeholders (online/offline)
- Field sales experience is a strong plus
- Experience working with 12th-grade schools is a definite advantage
- Strong communication skills in native language + basic English
- Open to extensive travel and fieldwork (travel expenses reimbursed)
- Must own a 2-wheeler and a laptop
