Note : The Candidate must have experience working in Life Insurance Company into Direct Sales Channel with atleast 1 or 2 yrs of Team-Handling experience.

Job Role : To handle a Team of Relationship Managers and assisting them on Business Calls and getting the Business closure through client meetings.

Job Locations : Bangalore (Jayanagar & Indiranagar)

CTC Offered : 8 lpa to 10 Lpa ( Depending on the experience and last CTC of the Candidate, Must have expeience in Life Insurance Industry Only)

• Age – below 40 years
• Experience – Min 5 years of Life Insurance sales with 2-3 Years in Direct Sales .
• Candidate should have good knowledge of Bangalore market

Location : Bangalore.

Job Purpose

• To offer customized insurance solutions to the customers for all their financial needs through Self & team and act as an interface between customer and company. 

Key Responsibilities Responsibilities

• To directly sell to the customers via appointments (Office/ Home visits).

• To ensure capacity utilization by recruiting the team, handholding them and providing support via Joint Field Work.

• To ensure that leads/ appointments allocated by the call center are attended and revenue is generated.

• To ensure that business Reporting, MIS on sales call (LMS), Lead Utilization and conversion are updated and maintained on regular basis.  

• To ensure Self Sourcing Targets are achieved

• To drive various R&R initiatives within the team the team Specific Authorities( Financial & Non Financial)

• NA Key Performance Indicators

• New Business Target Achievement = 100%

• Renewal Business = 85% Job Requirements Qualifications Minimum Graduation, proficiency in MS Excel              

Experience Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in Life Insurance Direct Sales
