BTL Marketing Executive

Role Objective:

Execute high-impact on-ground BTL activities across Bangalore to generate quality leads for

Buloke residential & commercial projects, with strict focus on location relevance, lead

quality and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute society activations (gated communities, apartments, etc)

• Manage kiosks, stalls, roadshows, leafleting, newspaper insertions and cab branding

activations

• Coordinate with RWAs, facility managers, vendors, and promoters for permissions and

execution

• Ensure lead capture accuracy (QR, CRM forms, walk-in sheets) and timely handover to

presales

• Track daily activity-wise leads, footfall, and expenses

• Support site visit events, launch days, and weekend campaigns

• Ensure Buloke brand guidelines and messaging are followed at every activation

• Identify new micro-markets and society clusters for future activations

• Preferred touchpoints: IT parks, gated communities, high-density residential clusters,

metro catchments

• Weekends & festive campaigns are mandatory

Skills & Requirements:

• Graduate (Marketing / Business preferred)

• 1–3 years’ experience in BTL / field marketing (real estate preferred)

• Strong local Bangalore area knowledge

• Comfortable with field work & weekend execution

• Basic Excel, Google Forms, and WhatsApp reporting

• Kannada + English communication preferred
