Job Description
What you'll do
- Counsel students and working professionals on NxtWave's CCBP 4.0 programs and help them make informed career decisions
- Handle the complete sales cycle — from first call to enrollment closure — via phone and video calls
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain program benefits clearly to prospects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leads post-sale
- Track all interactions in the CRM and share regular feedback on lead quality
- Meet weekly revenue and enrollment targets consistently
Who we're looking for
- Good communication skills in Kannada and basic English
- Graduation completed — no ongoing degree
- Prior sales or customer-facing experience is a plus (EdTech experience preferred)
- Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people make decisions
- Target-driven, reliable, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
