• Contact property owners through outbound calls and assigned leads.
• Onboard sellers and assist them in listing properties on the NoBroker platform.
• Explain NoBroker's products, subscription plans, and premium services.
• Verify property details and ensure accurate property listings.
• Convert leads into paid subscriptions by achieving sales closures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners.
• Follow up with sellers to activate and improve property listings.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer support.
• Update customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
• Resolve seller queries professionally and ensure a great customer experience.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Follow company processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Sales and customer handling experience preferred.

• Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity.
