About the RoleCM Techno Engineering Services is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Engineer with a Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering background. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, acquiring new clients, and developing long-term customer relationships within the engineering services industry.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities in Engineering Services.
- Generate leads and acquire new clients.
- Understand customer technical and commercial requirements.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with internal engineering teams to deliver customer solutions.
- Achieve business development and revenue targets.
- Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
- EligibilityB.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering, or MBA in Marketing.
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Technical Sales, or Techno-Commercial roles.
- Experience in Engineering Services, Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, Product Engineering, or related industries.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of engineering design and product development processes.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
