Job Summary :

Nettrix Marketing Pvt. Ltd. is seeking energetic and self-motivated freshers to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective customers, conducting field visits, promoting residential and commercial projects, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and online inquiries.
• Explain project features, pricing, amenities, and location advantages to prospective customers.
• Conduct field visits to meet clients, visit project sites, and attend marketing activities or events.
• Schedule and coordinate property site visits for customers.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Presales, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Eligibility :

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter)
• Willingness to travel for field visits and client meetings.
