Full Job Description

Sri Swastik Services is hiring 10–25 Business Development Executives to join our growing team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be the voice of the company — connecting with customers over the phone, understanding their needs, and working with them toward successful outcomes.

What you'll do:

• Make outbound calls to assigned customers and have professional, confident conversations
• Understand customer situations and negotiate workable solutions
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes
• Follow up consistently until each case is resolved

Who can apply:

• 12th pass (PU) minimum; UG pass or pursuing also welcome
• Freshers and drop-outs strongly encouraged to apply
