Job Summary:We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to expand and strengthen our Carpool Services business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building partnerships with corporates and communities, generating leads, and driving customer acquisition to grow the company’s user base and revenue.

• Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporates, residential communities, and commuter networks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Promote carpool services and communicate the benefits of cost savings, convenience, and environmental impact.
• Conduct field visits, presentations, promotional activities, and business meetings.
• Generate leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.
• Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and closures using CRM tools.
• Coordinate with operations and customer support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Gather market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to improve business strategies.
• Prepare and share regular business reports with the reporting manager.
• Key Skills & Requirements:Proven experience in business development, field sales, or client acquisition, preferably in transportation, logistics, mobility, or service industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with good problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Comfortable with fieldwork and travel within the city.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
• Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
• Language proficiency: English and local language.
