Job Description
We are looking for a confident and well-presented Retail Sales Executive to handle walk-in customers, assist with jewellery styling, manage product display, and help convert store visitors into buyers.
The candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and an interest in fashion, jewellery, and customer service.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAttend walk-in customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
- Suggest suitable jewellery based on outfit, occasion, budget, and customer preference.
- Explain product details, pricing, offers, and care instructions.
- Maintain premium customer service throughout the shopping experience.
- Handle billing coordination, packing, and order handover.
- Maintain store display, product arrangement, and cleanliness.
- Assist with stock checking, inventory updates, and product tagging.
- Support video calls or WhatsApp customer queries when required.
