Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to support growth in the hotel segment. The role involves identifying potential hotel clients,Cold calling & pitching to them, coordinating meetings, assisting with product presentations, managing trials, and maintaining regular follow-ups to help convert leads into long-term partnerships.

Responsibilites:

1)Hotel Outreach & Lead Generation – Identify and connect with hotels, serviced apartments, and resort properties to introduce Prakriti Herbals amenities and set up meetings.

2)Client Meetings & Product Presentations – Set up meetings for managers, understand their current amenities, present samples, and propose suitable kit options.

3)Trial & Sampling Coordination – Arrange product trials, coordinate with the operations team, and collect feedback from hotel teams.

4)Upselling & New Opportunities – Pitch upgraded kits, dispensers, and additional amenities based on hotel requirements.

5)Relationship Management & Follow-ups – Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients to convert and grow accounts.
