Job Description

  • Contact and follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
  • Clearly explain the training program, its benefits, eligibility criteria, fees, and the applicable scheme.
  • Understand candidates career goals and address their questions with accurate information.
  • Build trust and maintain professional relationships with prospective candidates.
  • Convert inquiries into Joining’s by effectively communicating the value of the training program.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with interested candidates until the Joining process is completed.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead conversion and Joining targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-up activities, and Joining’s in the CRM or Excel.
  • Coordinate with the Joining’s and operations teams to ensure a smooth enrolment process.
  • Handle candidate objections professionally and provide suitable solutions.
  • Ensure timely responses to all inquiries and deliver an excellent candidate experience.
  • Generate referrals from enrolled candidates and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on lead status, conversions, and sales performance.
  • Stay updated on the training program, Joining process, and scheme details to provide accurate guidance.
