As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a proactive and energetic Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team and support daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries

• Build and maintain strong client and industry relationships

• Understand customer requirements and align them with our product offerings

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

• Achieve sales and business growth targets

• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction. Manage Social Media pages.

·      Travel and meet clients regularly

Required Skills & Competencies

·      Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields

·      6 months –2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (Food, Pharma, Nutraceutical, or Chemical industries preferred)

·      Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

·      Proficiency in Kannada & English is mandatory

·      Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
