Business Development Executive (BDE)

Mindenious Edutech LLP is seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to drive business growth by identifying potential customers, generating leads, and converting them into successful enrollments. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, relationship-building, and sales skills while contributing to the company's mission of empowering students through quality education and career development programs.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate potential leads through digital platforms, referrals, and outreach campaigns.
• Counsel students and professionals about internship programs, certification courses, training programs, and career opportunities.
• Follow up with prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, colleges, institutions, and corporate partners.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales and enrollment targets.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to execute lead generation campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools.
• Conduct online presentations, webinars, and counseling sessions when required.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely support.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
