Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary: ₹3,40,000 – ₹4,00,000 per year
Schedule: 6 Days a Week

- Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound calls and explain company services to potential clients
- Engage with property owners to understand requirements and maintain follow-ups
- Coordinate property inspections with field teams
- Meet clients in person and build strong relationships
- Identify opportunities and convert interactions into qualified leads
- Collaborate with the sales team for smooth lead handover and conversions
- Requirements1–3 years of experience in sales or business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and coordinate with internal teams
- Confidence in face-to-face meetings and negotiations
