Job Description – Inside Sales Executive (Account Owner)
Role Overview
We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to manage assigned customer accounts end-to-end and drive revenue growth.
This role is responsible for handling the complete sales cycle — from enquiry to order to payment — and ensuring strong customer relationships and repeat business.
This is a revenue ownership role, not a support function.
Key Responsibilities
1. Account Management & Revenue Ownership
• Manage and grow assigned customer accounts (B2B / B2C)
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Identify repeat and upsell opportunities
2. Enquiry Handling & Conversion
• Handle enquiries via call, WhatsApp, email, and website
• Prepare and share quotations
• Follow up regularly to convert enquiries into orders
3. Order Closure & Online Push
• Convert quotations into confirmed orders
• Guide customers to place orders online via Eleczo platform
• Ensure smooth order booking and processing
4. Customer Relationship Management
• Act as single point of contact for customers
• Build long-term relationships and trust
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products
5. Payment & Collection Follow-Up
• Follow up for payments as per agreed terms
• Coordinate with accounts for outstanding tracking
• Ensure timely collection and closure
6. CRM & Data Management
• Update all activities and opportunities in CRM
• Maintain accurate pipeline and follow-up records
• Ensure no enquiry is missed or delayed
7. Internal Coordination
• Coordinate with:
- Warehouse (stock & dispatch)
- Purchase (non-stock items)
- Accounts (payment confirmation)
- Ensure timely and accurate order execution
Key Skills & Requirements
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and follow-up ability
• Target-driven and high ownership mindset
• Basic understanding of electrical products (preferred)
• CRM / ERP knowledge (preferred)
• Electrical background preferred OR experience in electrical industry
• Languages Required:
- Kannada
- Hindi
- English
- Telugu
- Tamil
- Malayalam
Working Details
• Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Location: Yeshwanthpur/Chamrajpet
