Relationship Manager

Job Summary:The Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial or business needs, and offering suitable products or services. The role focuses on client acquisition, retention, and revenue generation.

• Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services
• Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives
• Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Conduct regular client meetings and follow-ups
• Cross-sell and upsell company products (loans, insurance, investments, etc.)
• Handle client queries, complaints, and escalations efficiently
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in sales, banking, or client relationship management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Customer-focused with a sales-driven mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Good knowledge of financial products (preferred for banking roles)
