Job Description

  • 1. Customer AcquisitionIdentify and approach potential customers (individuals, SMEs, corporates)
  • Open CASA accounts through field sales / branch leads / references
  • Generate leads via cold calling, networking, and market visits
  • 2. Relationship ManagementMaintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Cross-sell banking products (FD, RD, insurance, loans, etc.)
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • 3. Business DevelopmentAchieve monthly targets for:
  • Account opening
  • Deposit value (CASA balance)
  • Conduct field visits to generate new business
  • 4. Compliance & DocumentationEnsure proper KYC and documentation
  • Follow RBI and bank compliance guidelines
  • 5. CoordinationWork with branch team and operations for smooth onboarding
  • Coordinate with internal teams for customer service issues
