Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary: ₹3,40,000 – ₹4,00,000 per year
Working Days: 6 days/week

- Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound calls and explain company services to potential clients
- Engage with property owners to understand their requirements
- Follow up with leads and maintain relationships
- Coordinate property inspections with field teams
- Meet clients in person and build strong rapport
- Identify opportunities and convert interactions into qualified leads
- Work closely with the sales team for lead handover and conversions
- Requirements1–3 years of experience in sales/business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and coordinate with teams
- Confidence in face-to-face interactions and negotiations
