Marketing Manager

We are looking for a hands-on and performance-driven Marketing Manager to drive lead generation and contribute to account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives at Sanviros Global. 

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys executing campaigns, experimenting with new ideas, and gradually building scalable marketing systems in a B2B environment. 

You will start as an individual contributor, working closely with leadership and sales, with the opportunity to shape and grow the marketing function over time. 

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter (X). 

Develop and implement social media strategies to improve brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation. 

Design compelling ad creatives and develop creative briefs for video content, impact stories, and campaigns. 

Build and maintain performance dashboards to track campaign effectiveness. 

Own end-to-end lead generation across digital channels with a strong focus on B2B enterprise acquisition. 

Build and optimize multi-touch campaigns (ads, email, LinkedIn outreach, content) for high-value prospects. 

Implement basic SEO strategies including keyword optimization, on-page SEO, and content improvements.
