Job Description
🎯 Role: BTL Marketing Manager – Triloma Skin Clinic
📌 Objective
Increase monthly walk-ins, consultation bookings, and package conversions through hyperlocal, offline, and partnership-driven marketing.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
1. Local Area Marketing (High Priority)
Plan and execute campaigns in Indiranagar and JP Nagar
Apartment activations, gated community events
Gym, salon, spa tie-ups
Flyers, standees, and kiosk setups in high footfall areas
2. Lead Generation & Walk-ins
Run free skin check-up camps
Corporate wellness tie-ups (IT parks, offices)
College activations (acne/hair loss awareness)
3. Partnership Development
Collaborate with:
Salons
Fitness centers
Bridal studios
Pharmacies
Build referral network with incentives
4. Conversion Support
Work with clinic staff to:
Improve ₹500 consultation → ₹25K package conversion
Track lead-to-sale funnel
Train front desk on upselling scripts
5. Budget & ROI Tracking
Allocate budget per area
Track:
Cost per walk-in
Cost per conversion
Campaign ROI
👤 Ideal Candidate Profile
3–6 years in BTL / field marketing
Experience in:
Clinics, salons, gyms, or local services
Strong local network in Bangalore
Aggressive, target-driven mindset (very important)
💰 Suggested Salary (Bangalore Market)
₹4L – ₹8L per year + incentives
Heavy performance-based incentives recommended
