Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Executive who will be responsible for planning marketing activities, generating leads, fixing client appointments, and converting prospects into signed clients. The role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and execution capability.

• Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Planning & StrategyDevelop and implement marketing plans aligned with business goals
• Identify target segments and create outreach strategies
• Coordinate campaigns (online & offline)
• 2. Lead GenerationGenerate leads through multiple channels (calls, email campaigns, social media, referrals, field visits)
• Maintain and update lead database
• Work closely with management to improve lead quality
• 3. Client Engagement & Appointment FixingReach out to potential clients and introduce services
• Schedule meetings, demos, or presentations with prospects
• Follow up consistently to ensure appointment conversions
• 4. Conversion & Sign-upsPresent service offerings clearly to clients
• Handle objections and negotiate effectively
• Convert leads into confirmed clients / sign-ups
• Support onboarding process where required
• 5. Relationship ManagementMaintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• 6. Reporting & CoordinationTrack daily activities, leads, and conversions
• Share regular reports with management
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
