Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Field Business Development Executive to generate interior design projects by visiting apartments, villas, builders, construction sites, architects, and commercial properties. The candidate will build relationships, identify potential customers, generate qualified leads, and help convert them into interior design projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit apartments, builders, construction sites, and commercial properties daily.
- Meet property owners, apartment associations, builders, and architects.
- Promote Bluesky Concepts’ interior design services.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule client meetings.
- Collect customer contact details and maintain a lead database.
- Follow up with prospects and coordinate with the design/sales team.
- Achieve monthly lead and project targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and referral partners.
- Submit daily visit and lead reports.
