Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and expand market presence for Antique Designs. The ideal candidate should have experience in business development, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships, preferably in furniture, interior design, luxury décor, or related industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, dealers, and corporate clients.
- Generate leads through networking, market research, referrals, and field visits.
- Present company products and customized design solutions to clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and project terms with clients.
- Coordinate with design, production, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development strategies.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build long-term client relationships.
- Knowledge of furniture, antique products, interior décor, or luxury retail industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, organized, and market-driven approach.
