Sales Co-ordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support the sales team, manage customer communication, prepare reports, and ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and client follow-ups.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, presentations, and sales reports.
• Maintain customer databases and sales records.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Track sales targets and prepare MIS reports.
• Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and operations teams for timely delivery.
• Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials and proposals.
• Ensure excellent customer service and relationship management.

Required Skills
