Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager


Location: Bangalore, India


Experience: 1 - 3 years (preferred in sales, real estate, or customer acquisition)


Job Summary:


We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in

Bangalore. In this role, you will focus on acquiring property owners to partner with our home rental

platform. You will play a key role in expanding our property portfolio and ensuring a seamless

onboarding experience for property owners.


Key Responsibilities:


Owner Onboarding: Identify, connect, and acquire property owners and landlords willing to list

their properties on our platform.


Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify potential areas and opportunities for

property acquisition.


Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners,

ensuring their needs are met and they receive excellent service.


Pitching & Negotiation: Present the company’s rental management services, address owner

queries, and negotiate rental agreements or service terms.


Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, and customer service) to

ensure a smooth onboarding process and property management.


Reporting: Track and report acquisition metrics such as new sign-ups, conversion rates, and

property onboarding progress.


Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.


1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, real estate, or related domains.


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.
  • Familiarity with Bangalore’s real estate market is a plus.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
  • Fluency in English and Kannada (preferred).
  • Willingness to travel locally as required.
