Job Description
- Key Responsibilities🛍️ Sales & Customer ExperienceGreet and assist customers in selecting suitable bicycles and accessories
- Understand customer needs (kids, adults, performance riders, etc.)
- Achieve monthly sales targets (cycles, accessories, service packages)
- Ensure a premium in-store experience and customer satisfaction
- 🏬 Store OperationsManage showroom display and visual merchandising
- Maintain cleanliness and organized layout
- Handle billing, invoicing, and cash/card transactions
- Ensure store opening and closing procedures
- 📦 Inventory ManagementMonitor stock levels of cycles, spare parts, and accessories
- Coordinate with suppliers for replenishment
- Conduct regular stock audits
- 🔧 Service CoordinationSchedule service jobs and coordinate with technicians
- Ensure timely delivery of serviced bicycles
- Handle customer complaints and follow-ups
- 📈 Business DevelopmentSupport local marketing activities (apartment camps, events, tie-ups)
- Promote offers, discounts, and new arrivals
- Build relationships with repeat customers
- 👤 Candidate Profile✅ Required SkillsStrong communication & customer handling skills
- Sales-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of bicycles (preferred, not mandatory)
- Ability to manage store operations independently
- 🎓 QualificationAny Graduate / Diploma
- Retail or showroom experience preferred
- 💼 Experience1–5 years in retail / showroom sales (automobile, cycles, sports preferred)
